| Less than 3 days before | No refund — you can transfer the spot to another child |
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel a race, you get a full refund. If we postpone it, you can keep your spot for the new date or ask for a full refund.
How to cancel
WhatsApp or email us with your booking ID (it's on your confirmation PDF). Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Rental bikes
The rental bike add-on is refunded together with the race fee under the same rules.
