What we collect
- Parent: name, mobile number, email (optional).
- Child: name, age, gender (optional).
- Booking: race, rental bike, amount, payment reference and status, photo consent.
- Race day: bib, heat, lane, check-in, finish time and result.
How we use it
To confirm bookings, run check-in and heats, show live results, make certificates, and send race messages on WhatsApp (booking confirmation, reminder, heat call and results).
Who helps us
- Google Firebase stores race and booking data.
- Razorpay takes payments — we never see or store card, UPI PIN or bank details.
- Our WhatsApp business partner delivers WhatsApp messages.
- Netlify hosts the website.
We never sell your information.
Your PIN
Your booking PIN is stored scrambled (hashed), never as the number itself.
How long we keep it
We keep race records for the season and for accounts and tax as the law requires.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your or your child's details, or to stop WhatsApp messages, at any time.
